Who We Are
Global DevFin is a 100% B-BBEE owned and operated research & development consulting firm. We specialise in developing, facilitating and implementing economic-development interventions and strategies on behalf of governments, private institutions, universities and development agencies — both in South Africa and internationally.
Leading our team is Roscoe van Wyk, Managing Director and international development consultant. With deep experience in strategy development, public-sector finance (national, provincial and local government), economic policy research, budgeting and capacity building, he also serves as a visiting lecturer at USB (teaching Small-scale Enterprise Development at master’s and postgraduate level), and has published extensively in domestic and international economic journals.
